27 and I still get an Easter Egg hunt! Wahoo!
It started with caprese eggs bene – my latest creation, and not really a benedict at all as there is no hollandaise sauce, but pesto, tomato, bocaccini, poached eggs and fresh basil mmm. Just call me a modern day Nonna.
We hunted around the bush to find our Easter baskets, I even got some cute socks in mine! Being lactose intolerant doesn’t make Easter as delightful as it used to be. But everything in moderation.
Pork roast is in the oven, no wonder I put on weight in NZ!
